District 3 School Board Candidate Questionnaire from FIA

The 2020 election is pivotal for Oakland’s 17,000 charter school families. The Oakland school board has four open seats and no incumbent is seeking re-election. To help families get to know a candidate’s position on a range of education issues, we sent every candidate in each district a questionnaire with the same 11 questions. We are publishing every response we receive in full. We thank all the candidates for their time and interest in serving Oakland students.
